Vanillin

Vanillin (CAS 121-33-5) is an organic compound extracted from the Rutaceae plant vanillin beans, which is white to slightly yellow crystal or crystalline form Powder, slightly sweet, soluble in hot water, glycerin and alcohol, not easily soluble in cold water and vegetable oil.

The aroma is stable and not easy to evaporate at higher temperatures. It is easily oxidized in the air and changes color easily when exposed to alkaline substances.

Vanillin is a widely used edible spice, which can be found in the seeds of vanilla or artificially synthesized, with a strong milky aroma.

Vanillin is currently an internationally recognized safe edible flavoring agent, which is widely used in various flavored foods that need to increase the milky flavor. Application and Dosage of Vanillin
