How to judge the quality of lignin
Lignin fiber has a weak cross-linking weaving function. After it is mixed with other materials, the fibers are lapped into a three-dimensional structure, which can lock water between them to retain water and retard. The longer the fiber, the greater the thickening effect. Today, the editor of the calcium/Sodium Lignosulfonate manufacturer Bailin Group Co. introduces the method to judge the quality of lignin.
1, Smell
Good fiber is environmentally friendly, so it will be very light in terms of smell, and there is no irritating taste of peculiar smell, but the method of judging residual fiber is very simple, it is polluted and its taste is very strong, not only this, but also irritating Olfactory organs.
2, Visual inspection
Good fiber, regular length, light and white, uniform thickness, parallel silk, sizing silk, thick silk, coiled silk, grease-stained silk, agglomerated silk, and impurities with little or no impurities are good wood fibers. Of course, this is the opposite. It is the defective fiber.
3, Water solubility
Put 500ML of water into two water cups respectively, and then put 0.4G wood fiber in each cup with water, then mix for 10 seconds and observe, the high-quality ones will be dispersed evenly and suspended in the water. The residual fibers cannot be evenly distributed or distributed in clusters, and the flocculent suspended in water may be underwater.
4, Remove the water
Some of the inferior wood fiber contains moisture, but this moisture is difficult to find and feel through the hand or touch. If the moisture content is 5%, the fiber content of one kilogram of moisture is actually only 95%. In this way, the price of fiber is 1.05 times the original price.
